Our attitude and heart are feminine and it (almost!) doesn't really matter what activity we are doing. :) Must take that statement with a grain of salt. :) Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13807980848059392927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5459100849457166931.post-35283769879176408672015-07-30T22:52:44.205-07:002015-07-30T22:52:44.205-07:00Thanks for sharing my post Aunt Donna! There is nothing quite as satisfying as being a graceful counterpart to your men. I happen to be blessed with many godly men in my life. Authorities, brothers and brothers in Christ. Such a privilege to stand by them in fierce times like these!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13807980848059392927noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5459100849457166931.post-24505086660191343282015-07-28T18:33:58.160-07:002015-07-28T18:33:58.160-07:00You're so right Jana! You can be this way and still feminine. Just as much as those of us who appreciate sports, camo, boots, guns and adventure. I recently was at a tea party and I laughed at the fact that it could be so fun to "dress up" and learn etiquette, and yet the next day go shooting with my brothers. This winter we went night skiing and then as soon as we got home headed straight to a symphony. (All in one day). Honestly there is so much freedom in modern biblical femininity. :)<br />Thanks for your thoughts Jana. Too often 'feminine' has become outer, 'frilly, puffy looking things to my mind. I think that wearing hat and gloves as excessively feminine... when in truth it's attitude more than apparel. Thanks for sharing this Toni... loved the pictures as well. ( not many girls can look feminine while holding a gun! haha somehow you pulled it off. ) :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02352670695512423955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5459100849457166931.post-26536915571517565912015-07-13T12:50:25.502-07:002015-07-13T12:50:25.502-07:00I really love this, Toni. This is something that has been happening, very gradually, for a long time, and it is so unsettling to me to see the progress that has been made. I love what you said about us being complimentary to men, not competitive. We are blessed who can see the truth and we have the opportunity to help lift the veil from the eyes of those who have been blinded to this truth. I will share your posting and pray that at least one person will read it and understand.Donnahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11573426772223041079noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5459100849457166931.post-74243348629542220672015-07-13T12:13:17.373-07:002015-07-13T12:13:17.373-07:00This is very good, Toni. It can be a little different for each one because we are all unique and have our own tastes and styles. Some girls are "girly" girls and that's perfectly fine, while others might be less about the frills, but still be just as feminine according to the inner traits you described.
